Design Support
Vertical Scale have dedicated design and graphics teams who can provide assistance with all required artwork, from initial design concepts and product development through to final, ready for production artwork.
Production Ready Orders
Our design teams can assist with completed tech packs for production ready orders, including all logos, trims and packaging information required to ensure consistency across all purchase orders.
Sampling
Our design team can assist with creating tech packs for sampling to ensure consistency with colours, trims, packaging, logos, and branding. When samples are completed, we will provide costings based on samples and the forecast quantity. Once samples are approved, we can then create final product sheets for bulk production.
Order Placement
Vertical Scale partners place their purchase orders to our customer service team, who then work closely with our merchandising teams, with production timelines communicated in advance to ensure we are working with you on achieving your desired delivery dates.
